TADLEY Calleva are up to fourth in the Wessex League Division One, after two wins in the space of fours.
Tadley followed up their 3-0 victory at Andover New Street last Wednesday, with a 2-1 home win over early leaders Downton.
A wonder goal from 25-yards out from captain Scott Kinge and then a delightful chip from Brett Denham secured the win.
Last Wednesday, Tadley were 2-0 up at half-time as Denham and then Daniel Vickers headed home unmarked from a corner.
On 80 minutes, Tadley substitute James Tennant made the game safe. He cut in from the left and scored.
Manager Danny Dolan said: "I am very pleased with the start we have made, but there is a long way to go."
Next up for Tadley is a Hampshire Senior Cup tie tomorrow night at home to Fawley.
They are back in league action on Saturday, with a tough trip to sixth placed Romsey, before going to Fleet Spurs on Tuesday night.
