TADLEY Calleva's dream of making the fourth round of the FA Vase for their first time in their history are still on after a battling performance saw them draw 2-2 after extra time with Newport (IoW) on Saturday.

The sides will go again in a replay tomorrow night on the Isle of Wight, with the Wessex League Division One still looking to knock their Premier Division rivals out of the competition.

It is certainly going to be tough and Tadley so nearly produced a giant killing first time around as they led 2-1 with five minutes to go.

James Tennant scored both the home side's goals and with all their subs used they were forced to play the last 10 minutes with 10 men after Scott Kinge suffered from concussion.

This also meant Tadley played the whole of extra time with 10 men, but bravely earned a replay on the island.

This was the first time the club had ever played in the third round and they will hope to make the fourth round tomorrow night.
