HARTLEY Wintney recovered from conceding two early goals to claim a 3-2 victory over visiting Horley Town in the Combined Counties League Premier Division.

The hosts found themselves trailing by two goals with less than 20 minutes on the clock, but player-manager Ben Dillon scored to get his side back into the game before half-time.

James Wills levelled the scores after the break and, after Shane Hollamby had hit the crossbar, Tom Walsh’s goal completed the comeback.

The result leaves the village side sixth in the table going into a trip to seventh-placed Spellthorne Sports tomorrow night.
