JAMES Wills scored on his debut but was unable to prevent Hartley Wintney going down to a 3-1 defeat away at local rivals Camberley Town on Saturday.
The hosts went ahead early on but Wills, who was handed his debut for the first team after impressing for the reserves, levelled the game before half-time.
However, two goals in the space of four minutes just after the hour saw high-flying Camberley go on the win the game, leaving Hartley seventh in the table.
Next up for Ben Dillon’s men is a home game against mid-table Raynes Park Vale on Saturday, while they welcome local rivals Farnham Town to the Memorial Ground on Tuesday.
