Another defeat for Whitchurch United
WHITCHURCH United are down to sixth in the Wessex League Premier Division after losing 5-2 away at high-flying Moneyfields on Saturday.
Joshua Green and Jamie Mansell got the Jam Boys’ goals, but their promotion hopes are fading fast. Having spent the first half of the season in contention at the top of the table, they are now 10 points outside the top three.
Next up for Whitchurch is a trip to struggling Christchurch on Saturday.
