IT will be an all Basingstoke North Hants Chris Price Cup final after Sunday sides Team FC and Camrose Social won their semi-finals.

Team FC travelled away to Abbotts Ann Eagles, who hadn’t lost in 20 games.

Team FC have never lost in Andover, so something had to give. Team FC started positively, chasing down every ball and got an early chance when Stu Urquhart played the ball from deep to find Adam Everiss’ goalwards run, only to slide the ball across the goal, but it was kept out by glancing harmlessly off the far post.

Both teams struggled to play any sort of football on the very weathered pitch.

Team striker Brendan Vickery got in behind the Eagles’ defence, taking it round the goalkeeper but was unable to find the net.

Everiss had another chance, which the goalkeeper punched away but winger Connor McKenzie calmly slotted the clearance away for the opening goal.

Team FC continued to dominate, with McKenzie collecting the ball on the right, beating his man and pulling his shot to the near post and again rebounding away off the frame.

Luke Burton and Urquhart had stand out games, winning their aerial battles time and time again to keep the Eagles’ striker at bay.

After being introduced at half time, James Tennant found himself in the box playing a one-two and slotting the ball home to make it 2-0.

A controversial penalty was given in the last minute of playing time, when the Eagles striker went over in the box after colliding with the Team goalkeeper Brad Nicholson.

The penalty was easily slotted away, to produce a tense finish in time added on, with Team holding on to the end.

In the other semi-final Camrose Social travelled to face Hedge End Tigers, with Ben Wood opening the visitors’ account and, with both sides level, Chris Waller grabbed the winner in the last couple of minutes for a 2-1 victory.

Soldiers Return threw away the lead twice in their North Hants Sunday Senior Cup semi-final tie as they lost 4-2 to visitors AFC Allbrook.

Matt Kelly scored both Soldiers’ goals in a close-fought encounter, getting his first on 25 minutes, latching onto a through ball from Andrew Darmody and outrunning the defence to score.

Allbrook equalised 10 minutes later with a centre-half’s header from a corner.

Kelly restored a 2-1 lead, after a break down the wing by Stuart Cubbage and well-placed cross.

In the second half, the visitor's goalkeeper was outstanding, keeping Soldiers’ strikers at bay.

With 25 minutes to go, two quick goals gave Allbrook the advantage and, as Soldiers Return charged forward, AFC Allbrook made it 4-2 in the last minute and won their way into the final.

Just the one Division One match, where Oakley came out of the blocks quickly, putting Chineham under pressure.

Oakley’s midfield pressed hard through great work from Eddie Lloyd and the returning Dan Bloma up front.

Oakley broke the deadlock when Myles Englefield half-volleyed an audacious lob, following a lofted pass from Josh Smith. Chineham quickly responded, scoring from a sloppy corner.

Oakley regained the lead when Laith Aldoori and Alex Catt worked down the line well before Catt delivered a teasing cross, handled by the Chineham defender and conceding a penalty.

Dan Bloma despatched it confidently for a 2-1 lead. Oakley added their third with a great move, Jack Mackinnon taking the ball past two Chineham midfielders before passing to Bloma, who played a beautiful flicked pass to Englefield, who had run from the halfway line to the edge of the box and curled it into the top corner with his left foot.

In the second half Oakley came under massive pressure, with Chineham closing the gap to a single goal, but the visitors managed to hold on and complete a league double. Chineham’s goalscorers were James Stacy and Keiron Alleyene.

In Division Two North Warnborough Reserves faced a good side in Chineham Athletic, the visitors being very competitive to start with.

Ryan Thorpe netted for the hosts 1-0 but the match was level 1-1 at half-time.

Jack McKee set up Thorpe to score his second 2-1, before a penalty award for Boro allowed Thorpe to complete his hat-trick 3-1, which effectively ended Chineham Athletic‘s resolve.

McKee scored twice to take the final score to 5-1 and complete North Warnborough Reserves’ double over Chineham Athletic and lift them to the top of the table.
