DEAN Ridgers was Bramley United's cup final hero as he scored a brace in their North Hants Chris Price Cup final victory over Owslebury.
The first half of the last Sunday afternoon at the Winklebury complex, was tight, with few chances by either side.
United's Les Woods came close early on, before Nick Harris was pushed over in the box after 40 minutes and Ridgers put Bramley ahead from the penalty spot.
Owslebury equalised just before half-time to set up a tense second half.
It was not until five minutes from the end that Scott Kinge laid off for Ridgers to score the winner.
So Bramley lifted the trophy after being runners-up last year.
