SOLDIERS Return won their second Basingstoke and District Division One match of the season with a 4-2 victory over Republic of Chineham. Soldiers led 1-0 after Ben Allnutt netted following a goalmouth mêlée.

The hosts were pegged back 1-1, before the Soldiers took the lead again from a Alex Izzo volley After the interval, Jamie Galpin and Izzo made it 4-1. Chineham's goals came from Wayne Finn and Harry Rudge.
