HOOK has won the Peter Raynbird Cup four times in their history, the last time was in 2015 and are through to this year's final after beating visiting Twentyten 4-3 after extra time.
Twentyten took the lead after 11 minutes from Ryan Lupton, before Hook levelled through Dan Mauridian.
The home side led after 23 minutes from Dan Framp and Pete Silvester made it 3-1.
Twentyten replied as Christian Cox and Carl Pearson sent the game into extra time, where Nail Day scored Hook's winner.
The other semi final between Chineham and AFC Berg had to be abandoned after 68 minutes, when the Berg striker Carlos Gonzales could not be moved after breaking his ankle. The match will now be replayed a week on Saturday.
At the time Berg led 3-2 thanks to goals from Lee Neal, Ash Elward and Gonzales. Shane West netted both for Chineham.
