TIDWORTH Town won the Andover Presidents Cup Final with a 3-1 victory over Tron.
They were stronger, fitter and more direct, although Tron actually had the first chance, which Ross Cook shot wide.
Tidworth were ahead after 18 minutes, but James Tennant levelled the score by half-time, picking up a ball from Kieran Fuller before driving home a low drive.
However, Tidworth scored 13 seconds after kicking off the second half with a ball into the box hit on the turn, and then doubled that lead two minutes later, which knocked the wind out of Tron's sails.
Cook had another chance 15 minutes from time, but the goalkeeper bizarrely saved by sitting on the ball, and that was that.
