DC UK kept up their challenge for the Basingstoke and District Saturday League Division One title by beating visiting Bounty United 3-2.

The winner came from Finlay Hall 10 minutes from time, this was after Alex Izzo had given Bounty the lead after 15 minutes.

They remained in front until the 55th minute when Ben Nicholls equalised Izzo struck again, but five minutes later Stuart Austen made it 2-2 and Hall scored the winner.

Tadley Calleva A won 3-0 at home to Basingstoke Athletic with all three goals scored by Kye Theodore.

He scored twice in the first 18 minutes, team mate Peter White hit the bar and Darren Harper made some fine saves, before Theodore's hat-trick strike in the final minute took his tally to 21 for the season.

A depleted AFC Aldermaston team lost 7-0 against Twentyten.and it was only good goalkeeping by Kevin Butcher that stopped an even bigger defeat.

Joe Hill hat-trick led the scoring, Jack Clarke (2) and there were singles from Christian Cox and Charlie Manning.

Manager Alan Spacagna was pleased his defenders Matt Tamage, Charlie Hill and Alex Blackall helped in keeping a clean sheet Herriard Sports go into the New Year with a four points lead in Division Two, over second placed Overton United B after beating Twentyten Reserves 11-0.

Sam Weber, Simon Jane, Sam Cato (2) and Karl Buttle made it 5-0 at the interval.

After the break, Cato completed his hat-trick and then Chris Dobbie ran riot scoring four, before a fine diving header from Adam Francis completed the rout.

Origin moves out of the bottom two after beating basement club Chineham 3-1.

In November Chineham had their one success when they beat Dave Hawkins team 2-0.

Things looked good for Chineham again when they were awarded a penalty, duly converted by Ashley Russell.

However, a poor back pass from Matt Spargo led to an own goal to level the scores at half time.

Three minutes into the second half a looping header by Stefan Graham put Origin in front and the points were sealed on the 70th minute mark when Karl Holbrough took advantage of a mix-up in he Chineham defence to net the third.
