LONGDOG Soldiers first league win still eludes them, as a last minute goal saw them go down 6-5 to Twentyten Reserves, in the Basingstoke and District Saturday League Division Two.
Matt Trodd gave them an early lead, but Dan Hancock equalised, when his penalty kick was saved by goalkeeper Jake Barnes, but he netted the rebound.
Two quick goals from Ryan Lupton and Jack Clarke put Twentyten 3-1 up.
Tom Adams pulled a goal back before the break, but in the 54th minute Hancock scored his second for a 4-2 lead.
Adams scored again for Longdog, but Hancock netted Twentyten completed his hat-trick with 20 minutes to go.
Longdog soon struck again through Sam Trodd and a curling free-kick from Sam Trodd made it 5-5.
In the 90th minute Twentyten came up with the winner, when Olly Lacey was on the end of a cross from Clarke and made no mistake.
