FC Everest made it through thanks to a 13-2 victory away at Andover Saints, while New Inn beat hosts Hedge End Hawks 4-3 to secure their place in the next round.
Elsewhere, Chineham lost 5-1 at AFC Allbrook and UWS went down 7-1 at home to Charlton Royals.
Oakley Reserves lost 10-6 to visiting Owslebury, Hampshire Irons went down 5-2 at FILO, North Warnborough II lost 4-3 at home to AFC Wolversdene Reserves and RAF Odiham Blades were beaten 1-0 at Swallow.
