After a heavy shower at half-time, the sun is out for the start of the second half. Brentford are unchanged but Town have brought on Wes Daly, Toby Little, Nathan Campbell, Stefan Brown and Nathan Smart. Half-time - Basingstoke Town 0 Brentford 2 (Douglas 33, Craig 40)
Brentford have shown their class, keeping the ball for long periods, and they could have had more goals. Town will be looking to get into the game a bit more after the break.
3:46pm
Stuart Lake gives the ball away in a bad area and some good interplay between the Brentford frontmen results in Clayton Donaldson getting in behind. His finish is not great though, allowing Ashley Bayes to get down and make the save.
3:43pm
Brentford goal - Sam Saunders fizzes in a low free-kick from distance and defender Tony Craig gets enough of a touch to deceive Ashley Bayes, who is just unable to get anything in the way to prevent the ball going past him.

Seconds later, Clayton Donaldson gets a chance but shoots wide at the near post.

Great work by Delano Sam-Yorke down the Town right but his cross is cut out at the near post.

3:16pm
Simon Dunn knocks a dangerous back-pass to Ashley Bayes, who does well to control a bouncing ball with his chest before clearing.

Tim Sills concedes a free-kick on the edge of the area and Sam Saunders, who scored from such a set-piece when the sides met in the FA Cup last season, fancies his chances. His shot is well off-target though.
