BASINGSTOKE Town completed a weekend double as they beat an Aston Villa XI 2-1 on Sunday afternoon at the Camrose.
This victory followed hot on the heels of a victory over a Southampton XI 24 hours earlier.
An own goal by Villa's Chris Herd from a Matt Warner free-kick made it 1-0 and then David Pratt added a second by the 38 minute mark.
The visitors scored deep in injury at the end of the game from Graham Burke.
