REPUBLIC of Chineham won 5-2 at Chineham to go top of the Basingstoke and District Sunday League Division One.
Republic’s Charlie Harpson and Ashley Elward both hit braces and Ben Nicholls got a single. Jamie Dockree and Chris Smith replied.
Bramley United scored twice in the opening 15 minutes from Scott Kinge and a Colin Bell header. Oakley made it 2-1 by half time and Kinge completed the 3-1 win.
Eastrop Eagles took an early 1-0 lead over AFC Soldiers from a Keith Davies tap in, but then were 3-1 down to a Taylor Watts hat-trick. Lee Bush reduced the deficit and Bobbi Frost made it 3-3.
Hampshire Irons had a 8-1 romp against North Warnborough. Mike Pemberton, Rob Mead and Kieran Dent made it 3-0 at half-time. Pemberton scored a second half hat-trick, Jack Waldron added a brace and man of the match Mead got his second. Joe Hayman’s saved a Boro whitewash.
North Warnborough Reserves were dominant in their Division Two match against Shallow End, winning 9-0. Nial Day scored after just 50 seconds and by 25 minutes had completed his hat-trick, the last being a pen.
After the break, Sam Wells, a Pete Keens penalty, a bullet header from Peter Hodgson, Andy Parker, Day’s fourth and Tom Davies completed the win.
Nathan Glasgow, Josh Bromley, Chris Rowe and Mikey Davies put UWS 4-0 with Overton United’s lone reply from Josh Dickens.
Basingstoke Saints drew 1-1 with Chineham Reserves after taking the lead from Liam James. Chineham’s Harry Elliott equalised.
Chineham Athletic scored twice through Chris Harrison and Lee Morgan, but visitors Camrose Social racked up a baker’s dozen, in a 13-2 win, thanks to Matthew Foreman (4), Chris Waller (3), Jamarl Rose (2), Ben Hobday (2), Gareth Slade, Rocky Wyatt and sub George Upton.
James Hope scored a brace for Kempshott but they lost 7-2 to Team FC. Adam Everiss (3), James Tennant (2) and singles from Stu Urquhart and Lee Sappleton.
