OVER the weekend of May 27 and 289 around 150 teams will be competing in The Oakley Six-a-side Tournament and celebrate the club's 50th anniversary.
The weekend is split into four sessions and will run from 9am to 7pm on both Saturday and Sunday.
It will cater for all age groups from under seven to under 18, both boys and girls.
All games will be played at The Peter Houseman Field in Oakley.
So why not go along, watch and enjoy some football in a wonderful family atmosphere.
There will be a barbecue, snacks, sweets, refreshments and ice cream available to purchase.
There is a nominal charge for entry, but who knows one day you might be able to say I saw them play at the Oakley Village Tournament, before they played for England.
