THE Abacus Employment sponsored Hatch Warren Phoenix Blaze face Winklebury Wizards Reds in the Peter Houseman Under-10 Cup final tomorrow.
The Blaze have reached the final thanks to three wins and after beating Down Grange 8-0.
They came up against their sister team the Flames in the quarter finals.
Talking about their run to the final, team manager Daren Bavister said: “Every match has been a tough fixture. But the game against their friends and team mates was particularly challenging, it was by far one of the toughest fixtures this season but also a positive in that as the children grow it bodes well for the many years ahead when both teams will eventually merge.”
The Blaze won the Hatch Warren derby game 3-1 and facing Tadley Calleva Bees in the semi-finals.
Tadley took an early lead in the semi-final, but the Blaze hit back to win 3-1 and book their place in the final against Winklebury Wizards.
The Wizards route to the final saw them beat both Andover New Street Youth and Whitchurch United Reds 6-0.
