TADLEY Calleva opened their home league campaign with a 2-1 win over Hythe and Dibden.
The home side scored twice after the break to win the game after dominating the opening 45 minutes.
Scott Kinge scored the opener after 55 minutes from the penalty spot. after Danny Vickers had been fouled in the box.
Tadley extended their lead to 2-0, as Glenn Gabriel's cross was slotted in by Vickers.
With 10 minutes to go Hythe pulled a goal back to set up a nervy finish to the game, but Tadley held on for the win which moved them up to sixth in the table.
Isaac Sedu and Callum Thomas both made their league debuts for Tadley in the victory.
Tadley manager Danny Dolan said: "I think if we had not taken three points against Hythe, it would have been criminal. I will take four points from six from the first two games."
On Wednesday night, Tadley are on their travels to Andover New Street with Sam Hamilton and Dan Walker return to the squad and then on Saturday they entertain early leaders Downton.
