DALE Bristow's last minute goal saw Basingstoke Athletic through to the quarter finals of the Peter Raynbird Cup, as they won 5-4 over Sherborne St John.

Sherborne took a first minute from Ibrahim Waheed, before Bristow headed Athletic level and Costello gave them the lead with a well struck 25-yard free kick. Sherborne drew level just before half-time from Mukum Libu's header.

Soon after the break, Mike Borbery scored for Athletic, but Sherborne hit back with two goals from Sachim Rae.

Ten minutes from time Matt Button equalised and just before full time Bristow volleyed home the winner.

Athletic will face Tron FC who disposed of AFC Berg 6-0, with Ben Nicholls on target with four times.

Nicholls commenced his scoring after four minutes from Lorne Howard's cross and his next came after being set up by full back Darren Hutchins. Stuart Austen with an overhead kick made it 3-0 and John Irvin added a fourth after Richard McCoubrie's free-kick was parried. Nichols completed his hat trick just before the hour from a Howard's cross and he netted his fourth after Finley Hall headed down a Howard cross.

Twenty Ten had no problems overcoming Overton United A with a 3-0 victory as Joe Hill scored all three.

The first came after 10 minutes when Jake Tanner robbed his man and laid on the chance.

Then on the half hour mark Jordon Wainwright made a run down the left and played a neat pass for Hill to score.

Hill's hat-trick came when Wainwright squared the ball for him to beat Ben Pierce again. Labour Club will be their opponents in the last eight.

Basingstoke Labour Club beat Winklebury Wizards 7-4 as Cameron George scored four times.

Labour Club's Matt Kelly scored the opener and by half time George had completed his hat trick. Kelly being provider for the first two and Mark Thorpe for the third.

The Wizards then cast their spell with three goals before half-time from a Liam Grainger's volley, Scott Large the next following a one two with Dan Costan.

Costan then converted a penalty after Lee Garrett was brought down by goalkeeper Sam White. Soon after the break Labour made it 5-3 through Marik Wisnienski, but on the hour Lee Garrett netted from Grainger's cross.

George soon scored his fourth from another Kelly assist and the last goal was netted by Kelly.
