MORTON boss Jim McInally has warned his boys against showing any complacency ahead of the visit of play-off chasing Alloa, writes Bert Mitchell.

Although Morton turned over the Wasps 4-0 the last time the two sides met at Cappielow, they were badly stung at Recreation Park when Allan Maitland's men won 3-2.

Macca said: "Our performance in the Scottish Cup last week against Kilmarnock was superb, but we can't afford any sense of anti- climax to set in because we are now back on Second Division duty.

"In that respect, the visit of Alloa is ideal as they beat us at Recreation the last time we met. So the boys feel they have something to settle with them.

"Alloa have it all to play for as they are contesting a play-off position, so they will be determined to take something from us. But we know what is required."

And McInally has admitted that new signing from Peterhead, Bobby Linn, will make his debut at some stage.

Macca said: "Bobby will feature at some point although Scott McLaughlin is a week away from returning."
