Arsenal lining up £20m move for Russian forward Andrei Arshavin. Kolo Toure could be on his way out of the Gunners to Manchester City in a £10m deal. City boss Mark Hughes to be given £40m by Middle East owners to spend in the January transfer window to keep club in Premiership. On top of Toure he wants Blackburn's Roque Santa Cruz, West Ham's Craig Bellamy, Chelsea's Wayne Bridge and Villarreal's Marcos Senna. Manchester United and Chelsea want £20m-rated Standard Liege midfielder Axel Witsel. Liverpool striker Robbie Keane has denied claims he is poised to quit Anfield. Real Madrid have offered Wigan £14m for winger Antonio Valencia. Tottenham will splash out £15m for Middlesbrough winger Stewart Downing. Michael Owen to leave Newcastle on a free transfer at the end of the season.
