READING have added two new loan signings to their squad as they look to make sure they do not get dragged into Championship relegation dogfight.
Kwesi Appiah and Nathan Ake have joined the Royals, Appiah is a forward from Crystal Palace, while Ake arrives from Chelsea and is an under-21 Dutch international.
Both players will not be able to play in the FA Cup semi-final next month against Arsenal at Wembley.
Two players have also left Reading on loan they are midfielder Jake Taylor who has joined Leyton Orient and on his debut helped the London side to a 3-1 win over Port Vale on Saturday.
Meanwhile, midfielder Danny Guthrie has joined Reading’s Championship rivals Fulham.
Reading are next in action when Cardiff are the visitors on Saturday (kick-off 3pm).
