OVERTON United suffered last-minute heartache as they went down to a 2-1 defeat away at Bush Hill on Saturday.
Mid-table Overton took the lead after 15 minutes, Chris Lavisher finishing off a fine team move by lobbing the goalkeeper, but Bush Hill levelled on the half-hour thanks to a long ball over the top.
It looked like that would be that as far as scoring was concerned, but the hosts came up with a dramatic winner in the final minute of the game to take all three points.
Titch Bloomfield's men are in Basingstoke Senior Cup action tomorrow night, travelling to Alton Town for a semi-final tie.
Overton are in action twice next week, travelling to Winchester Castle on Saturday before hosting Colden Common on Tuesday evening.
