Waterlogged pitch results in Basingstoke Town game being postponed
TONIGHT'S Vanarama Conference South game between Basingstoke Town and Bromley has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch at The Soccer AM Stadium.
Prolonged heavy rain hit north Hampshire in the late afternoon, saturating the pitch. With it showing no sign of stopping, the referee took the decision to postpone the game after an inspection at 7pm.
No date has yet been agreed for the re-arranged game.
