OVERTON boss Titch Bloomfield feels this weekend’s game against visiting Hampshire Premier League rivals Queens Keep Southampton is winnable.
Bloomfield’s boys, had to settle for a draw in the home opener against Paulsgrove, as the game ended 1-1.
The Pompey outfit opened the scoring, but straight after the break Overton were level, as Dave Parry made the most of a great through ball from Nick Jupp.
Defenders Ben Dibbern and James Jupp had solid games at the back for the home side.
Bloomfield said: “It was a disappointing result, as we had 70 per cent of the play. I think our next two home games are winnable and six points would move us nicely up the table.”
