Saints after ex-Cherries ace?

Danny Ings

Saints are reportedly lining up moves for Danny Ings and Graziano Pelle as Ronald Koeman starts about a rebuilding job on the squad.

Both men are strikers, Winchester born Ings, below, struck 26 goals last season as Burnley were promoted to the Premier League – this after having started his career at Bournemouth.

He is out of contract in a year’s time, but Burnley have denied reports stating Saints have already made an approach for the player.

Pelle, who was talked about as a potential signings as soon as Koeman was appointed, has scored 50 goals in the last two seasons playing for the now Saints boss at Feyenoord.

Saints are sure to be linked with a host of players in the coming weeks as they look to make inroads in the transfer market, and with Koeman reporting for duty at Staplewood on Monday.

Why was Jack Cork at Liverpools training ground with Lallana today (on Sky Sports)?
We need to start getting a squad ready very soon so they can get the team spirit building again.
Gutted some players are leaving but we will move on.
Would love to finish above ManU, Liverhampton and the Spuds!!

As I stated before let any player who wants to leave, leave but fleece whatever club wants them for way above the asking price just like with shaw, keoman is renowned for buying well in transfer markets and will replace with better players and hopefully more loyal ones, the futures still bright its still red and white (with a hint of orange) :-)

I'm sure Jack Cork wanted to leave when he lost his place to Wanyama.

Big Ron has his work cut out rebuilding atnd stabilizing the team. Hopefully, he'll build a squad good enough to finish in top 4 and show the money grabbing wantaways that the Saints are a class act.

I've always been optimistic, but today not so much. Still after Shaw, Lallana, Lovren, Rickie, Ramirez, Osvaldo and Sneiderlin leave, Big Ron will have about £140m to rebuild, and that can't be bad.

Roll on the start of the season and the close of the transfer window.

The footage they used was from Staplewood I think. Ward-Prowse's car was in it too apparently. Hopefully Jack's going nowhere.

Without DR DAHIRU a lot of people would have been dead through heart break. My case is not different from heart break, I am married woman with 3 kids and there was a time when i was having problem with my husband because he was having an affair outside our marriage and this was making me feel bad. So i tried finding solution to my problem by reading a lot of relationship tips on the internet and that was how i came in contact with DR DAHIRU contact details and through the help of DR DAHIRU my husband left the girl he was having affair with and he came back to me and our kids. After a job well done by DR DAHIRU i felt that it will be unfair if i keep this secret to myself and that is why i am going to drop the contact details of DR DAHIRU right now, They are: arewaspecialisttempl

There is something rotting at the heart of Saints and to cut it out if we have to sell all of the first eleven then that's what it's going to take and we have to just get on with what we have not what we had.
It seems there is a lot of mischief being done possibly by agents not to unsettle Saints as some think. That never enters the agent's head he/she just want a slice of the money.
Unless Rambo can do a real job on them when he gets them back at work next week there are others ready to go - don't know what sparked all this and I doubt the agents do either (and they don't care they just smell blood and start circling)

The big test for me will be if the club honour their word and let Rambo have every penny brought in by the various transfers plus what he already had negotiated in his contract. If there is any clawback into any activity non football related I will be having grave concerns about the future.
If the transfer fees had not been promised to Rambo we could not have complained too bitterly about Katarina taking a large slice of it, after all that's what she is in business for. If the amount was eyewatering I would be thinking exactly who the next owner might be.
Not a major problem for fans but I think it better than 50/50 the club will be sold in the next couple of years. Interesting times ahead.

I would love to know the source of this canker or what sparked the ill-feeling. Now I understand why Lallana did not want to do a lap of honour at the end of the season.
The ref was right, he's changed.
Unfortunately unless we can find another 20k fans to enable us to enlarge the stadium this cycle is doomed to be repeated when the next batch of youngsters come through - I promise you JWP is already being lined up.
At some point someone in the club has to say enough, mean it and make sure a couple of the players at least see through their contracts.
I am a little demoralised by it all.

What it means though is that next season is going be intriguing and the best season ever.

Would love to see Ings given a chance to prove himself with us. Not sure about Pelle - at first glance he appears to have that scoring spark but look again and ask if he is that good how come he's not being capped and why has he not been snapped up by a top club before now.
The same could have been said about SRL though and he has done us proud.

I've always been optimistic, but today not so much. Still after Shaw, Lallana, Lovren, Rickie, Ramirez, Osvaldo and Sneiderlin leave, Big Ron will have about £140m to rebuild, and that can't be bad.
