ENGLAND 3 SCOTLAND 2
Lambert nearly adds a second goal on his debut, as he meets Zaha's low delivery across the face of goal six yards out, but slams his right-foot shot against the post. He then draws a comfortable save from Allan McGregor at the Scotland keeper's near post.

GOAL Lambert first touch
Rickie Lambert is now a fully-fledged England international. A warm reception for him as he comes on in place of Wayne Rooney in the 67th minute.
Rickie Lambert has been called back to the bench by Gary Neville and is taking his training top off.
ENGLAND 2 SCOTLAND 2 (Danny Welbeck 53)
Scotland's lead lasts only a few minutes. Welbeck rises to head home a Steven Gerrard free-kick and it is the England fans in full voice now. Rickie Lambert warming up with slightly greater urgency on the touchline at the moment.
ENGLAND 1 SCOTLAND 2 (Kenny Miller 50)
Miller receives the ball on the edge of the area with his back to goal, turns Gary Cahill with ease and plants a low left foot shot into the bottom corner. The Tartan Army is going crazy!
Rickie Lambert was warming up on the pitch at half-time, then went sprinting off down the tunnel, but he will start the second half on the bench again.

Rickie Lambert warming up at Wembley
Rickie Lambert trots out to the side of the pitch for the first time tonight, to go through a bit of running and stretching.
GOAL: England 1 Scotland 1 (Theo Walcott 29)
Ex-Saints ace Walcott is released down the right-hand side after a brilliant through pass from Tom Cleverley. His pace takes him away from the Scottish defence, before his touch threatens to let him down, but he cuts inside Alan Hutton and strokes a low left-foot shot past Allan McGregor.

Lambert would have saved that!
GOAL: England 0 Scotland 1 (James Morrison 11)
England clear a corner straight to Morrison, who drills in an effort from 20 yards. Joe Hart looks to have it covered, but he fails to get enough behind it and the ball deflects off him, bounces into the ground and flies into the corner. The Scottish contingent - who aren't only confined to the official "visitors" section - go absolutely wild.
The match is underway. A really intense atmosphere inside Wembley Stadium, which is no surprise.
The players are out at Wembley. National anthems underway. Not the most impeccably observed...
The players have completed their warm-ups and are now heading back into the dressing rooms. The Scottish and English flags are about to be unfurled on the pitch. Wembley Stadium is filling up nicely, although judging by the number of Scots on the streets outside the stadium there probably aren't many people left north of the border tonight.
