BEATEN North Hants Intermediate Cup finalists Censo marched into the third round of this year's competition, beating local Welly Old Boys 3-0, although the margin of victory may have flattered them.
Censo opened the scoring on 18 minutes as Matt Bennett’s long ball was chased down by Luke Richardson, who rounded the advancing Jim Baldwin to score. Bennett doubled the advantage with a 25 yard free-kick before the break.
Dean Mahoney pulled off good saves from good efforts from Dale Bristow, Matt Button and James Hemmings in a better second half for Welly, but Censo scored their third through the unmarked Lee Chambers on 70 minutes.
