HARRY Came scored a match winning century for Kent seconds as they beat Sussex's second string by seven wickets at the Hove.
The Old Basing-based cricketer, who plays for St Cross in the Southern Premier League, was making his second three day appearance for the county and had a superb game.
Came scored 101 not out in Kent's second innings and with his side needing nine to win and 11 for his hundred, he hit two sixes to win the game.
Earlier in a rain affected game, Sussex made 265-7 and then Came was unbeaten on 59, when Kent declared on 103-2.
Sussex second time around were bowled out for 65, leaving Kent needing 227 to win, which they did thanks to Came's ton.
