Last Saturday, Thane won the toss and decided to bat, which proved to be a wise move as his side posted an impressive 299-8.

Thane (68) and Matt Love (21) set the foundation with 60 for the first wicket and then by the time Thane departed his side had reached 101.

Jack Robson (23) and Jordan Hobday (52) added 44 for the third wicket, but then in the space of four runs both were out.
