Oakley into last four of the Finch Group Cyril Thompson Plate semi-final
OAKLEY moved into the last four of the Finch Group Cyril Thompson Plate after a nine wicket victory over Chawton.
Chawton were restricted to 93 as Tom Barnes took four wickets, well supported by Alex Brundle (3) Brad Compton-Bearne (2) and Mark Potter.
Opener Clive Welsman led the reply and hit a straight six to win the match for the Oaks and along with Brad Compton-Bearne saw them home in the 12th over.
In semi-final they will face Herriard and in the other last four game Ramsdell take on Overton.
