Mason Crane took a wicket in his fourth over after making a historic Sheffield Shield debut last night.
Crane, who has been in stunning form in Grade cricket for Gordon CC, became New South Wales' first overseas player since Imran Khan in 1984/85 when he made his bow against South Australia.
The 20 year-old leg-spinner was awarded his cap by Shane Warne's former understudy Stuart MacGill, who has been coaching him during the winter, before play.

Crane, who made his Hampshire debut less than two years ago, responded with the wicket of Tom Cooper in the penultimate over of his five-over spell (5-0-24-1).
He conceded a couple of fours against Callum Ferguson (75no) and a six against Cooper, who has played against Crane for Somerset, in his first three overs at the Sydney Cricket Ground.
But he celebrated his 46th first-class wicket when right-hander Cooper drove him to Nic Maddinson at cover at the beginning of his fourth.
A first #SheffieldShield wicket for Mason Crane, hopefully more to come!
