The 32 year-old posted the hilarious footage on his Twitter account after his signing for this summer's Natwest T20 Blast was confirmed this morning.
"Look at my face, it's because I've signed for Hampshire!" says a grinning Sammy, who is the latest in a long line of West Indies internationals to play for the county, following the likes of Roy Marshall, Andy Roberts, Gordon Greenidge, Malcolm Marshall and soon-to-be Hampshire teammate Fidel Edwards.
Sammy ends the message by chanting "Hampshire! Hampshire!"
He will be one of two World T20 captains in Hampshire's side this summer, alongside Pakistan legend Shahid Afridi.
