BASINGSTOKE and North Hants second team wrapped up their season with a five wicket win at St Cross as they chased a reduced total of 142.
The home side won the toss and elected to bat and Kevin Neave top scored with 67 as they were bowled out for 170.
Keith Harsham, Mo Rizwan, Keith Harris and Andy Neal all took two wickets each.
The Basingstoke reply did not get off to a good start as Jamie Aldridge (3-26) took early wickets, but they recovered thanks to a stand between Andy Giles (21) and George Chaffer and then Joe Oates (20) and Chaffer (63) saw the side home with an unbroken partnership as they reached 144-5.
