Cyril Thompson, who passed away last month
THE funeral of north Hampshire cricket stalwart Cyril Thompson will take place on Tuesday, October 21.
A service will be held at Basingstoke Crematorium at 1.15pm, followed by a wake at May’s Bounty.
Gentlemen are required to wear ties and mourners are asked not to bring flowers. However, donations can be made to the funeral directors, Spencer and Peyton, with money going to the Alzheimer’s Society and the British Heart Foundation.
