Basingstoke Buffalo wear new shirts in aid of prostate cancer
THE Basingstoke Buffalo will be icing in special jerseys for the whole of March starting with their home game on Saturday (6.30pm) against visiting Guildford.
This shirts will then be auctioned off at the end of the month in aid of Prostate Cancer UK.
This cancer is the most common cancer in men.
Over 47,000 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer every year - that is 129 men every day.
In three periods of ice hockey match two men will die from prostate cancer.
