FORMER Basingstoke junior Bison forward Emily Harris finished the World Championships in Katowice as the top points scorer for the Great Britain under-18s team.
The teenager from Odiham struck two goals and picked up two assists as GB finished fifth in the tournament.
Harris found the net in her side’s opening game against Denmark which ended in a 6-1 defeat and also GB’s 5-1 win against Australia.
In the other three games GB were beaten 2-0 by France, 4-1 by China and 2-0 by Poland, where a victory would have earned them a bronze medal.
As well as being the GB’s leading goal scorer, Harris was also GB’s Player of the Match against China.
