BASINGSTOKE Bison head coach Doug Sheppard is looking for his side to put together their first four point weekend of the season.
Standing in their way is the a home game against local rivals the Bracknell Bees in the National Cup on Saturday (6.30pm) followed by a trip to the Sheffield Steeldogs in the Autumn Trophy on Sunday (5.30pm).
The Herd have already beaten both sides this season, the Bees 2-1 at the Hive and the Steeldogs 3-1 last weekend on home ice, but Sheppard is taking nothing for granted.
Sheppard said: βAt the moment we have been unable to string performances together we are either good or awful. I really want to see a consistent weekend and four points for a change.β
The Bison will still be without British forward Dan Davies for the weekend, but otherwise will be at full strength.
Sheppard added: "We played well against Sheffield last weekend, but it is always tougher in their building and Bracknell I felt we did well against when we played them in their barn.
