JODIE Attrill netted a magnificent seven times in the Basingstoke Bison Ladies' final two games as they secured second spot in Women's Division One South.

The Ladies completed their campaign with a 5-2 victory over Streatham Storm, having won the previous week 7-0 against the visiting Oxford City Midnight Stars.

Attrill led the scoring against Streatham with a hat-trick, but it was Hannah Martin who opened the scoring, assisted by Peri Edmiston.

The Storm replied to take a 2-1 lead, before Attrill opened her account to tie the game up at the first break.

Attrill made it 3-2 as she converted a pass from Aniko Gaal. The pair then swapped roles for goal number four.

Attrill with the only goal of the final session completed the scoring.

The previous week, Attrill netted four times against Oxford, but once again the first goal came a different scorer as Edmiston netted assisted by Hannah Driver.

Attrill opened her account from Gaal and Elizabeth Winstanley, before Winstanley made it 3-0 after 20 minutes.

Attrill netted both the goals of the middle session assisted by Edmiston and Gaal.

Attrill's fourth from Martin took the score to 6-0, before Philippe Steele made it a magnificent seven, as she finished off a move involving Hannah Byrom and Gaal, which was her third assist of the game.

Netminder Geraldine Pink recorded an impressive 22 shot shut-out.
