CAMERON BUCKLE scored a last second winner as the Basingstoke under-20 Bison won at Nottingham 8-7.
Having gone a goal down after 35 seconds, the Herd led at the first break after Sam Compton netted from Josh Richards and then Rhys McCormick scored assisted by Kyle Goddard and Connor Hutchison.
The second session was tied 2-2 with Bison's goals coming from Paul Petts and Compton.
The final session saw the Herd take a 7-4 lead after a brace from Oscar Evans and Compton's hat-trick goal assisted by George Gill.
Nottingham hit back to score three times in the space of 67 seconds to tie the game at 59:15, but it was all in vain as Buckle scored the late winner for the Bison.
