OLIVER Hemming-Maher scored four times as the Basingstoke under-13 Bison won at Invicta 7-4.

Hemming-Maher scored the opening four goals for the young Herd the first after 12 seconds from Christian Quinn, while his last two goals were assisted by Henry Emery.

Quinn netted number five and then Brandon West added number six from Roman Cathcart. Quinn completed the scoring shorthanded.

Sam Brooks scored a hat-trick and Zac Mannion got the other as the under-18 Bison lost 8-4 at the Okanagan Hockey Academy in Swindon last Saturday.

There were two assists in the game for Cameron Buckle and single helpers from Jack Peacock and Thomas Banner.

The previous week, the under-18s lost 9-7 to visiting Guildford.

Oscar Evans led the way with four goals including a shorthanded marker.

Peacock grabbed himself a brace and Buckle returned 1+4.

There were two assists for Oliver Bower and a single helper for Alexander Smith.

On the same day, the under-15 Bison won 8-0 at Milton Keynes.

Cameron Phillips and Thomas Visteur shared the shut-out. The Herd out shot the home side 50-10, as Jakub Marczyk, Aidan Mcgurk and Cain Russell all returned 2+1.

Harry Brooks and Harrison Wynn both got 1+1.

Charlie Wedge had two assists and Harry Brewer picked up one.
