Group One is made up of the Basingstoke Bison, Peterborough Phantoms and Sheffield Steeldogs.

Group Two has the Bracknell Bees, Hull Pirates and Swindon Wildcats.

in it.

The National Cup is made up of 12 teams playing initially in four groups, where teams will play each other twice home and away for a total of eight games.

The top two sides in each group move to quarter finals to be held in early 2018.

The groups for this competition are as follows; Group A: Billingham Stars, Blackburn Hawks, Solway Sharks.

Group B: Sheffield Steeldogs, Peterborough Phantoms, Hull Pirates.

Group C: Invicta Dynamos, London Raiders, Streatham IHC.

Group D: Basingstoke Bison, Bracknell Bees, Swindon Wildcats.

There will be no relegation from South One, which includes the Bison, just for this season, but there will be promotion from South Two, not that the Basingstoke Buffalo will be able to go up.

However, they could still make the play-offs, which will involve the top eight teams with top side going up.
