THE Basingstoke Bison Ladies followed up their 6-0 home win over Peterborough with a 3-1 success in Oxford.

Jodie Attrill had a hand in all three goals against the Oxford City Midnight Stars.

She opened the scoring assisted by Jennie Agass and then turned provider for Peri Edmiston to make it 2-0.

Oxford pulled a goal back, before Attrill made sure of the win.

In the victory over the Peterborough Penguins, the home side took just 75 seconds to open the scoring as Hannah Byrom scored from Agass.

Emma Toose doubled the lead from a Byrom assist to make it 2-0 at the first break.

Edmiston extended the lead with a shorthander marker and then set-up Toose for her second of the game.

Another shorthanded goal from Edmiston made it 5-0 at the second break.

Having started the scoring Byrom finished it off in the final six minutes of the contest. Geraldine Park completed a seven shot shut-out.

The Ladies are at home again on Sunday (6.45pm) when Oxford are the visitors.

They complete their season with a visit from the Streatham Storm on Sunday May 26 which starts at 4.30pm.

Two win from their final two games will see them finish second in South One behind champions Bracknell Firebees.
