The Basingstoke under-15 Bison extended their lead at the top of South Two to nine points after they won 9-1 at Oxford.
Andre Norris opened the scoring at 3:20 and then man of the match William Birch added a second assisted by Travis Penny.
The home side then scored, but within a minute Samuel Hemming-Maher replied from Oliver Reeves.
Swierc then scored either side of the first break, with Oliver Reeves getting the assist on the first goal and Emily Harris on the second.
Matthew West added the Herd's sixth from Ciaran Norris, before Alexander Burns took the score to seven assisted by Samuel Stephens. Birch then made it 8-1 and set-up Andre Norris to complete the victory.
They continue their title challenge on Sunday (4.15pm) when Isle of Wight are the visitors.
