THE BASINGSTOKE under-20 Bison suffered a heartbreaking loss in the final minute in Guildford.
The home side scored the winner in a 3-2 victory with 26 seconds left, after the Herd had led 2-1 after two periods.
Paul Petts scored their opening goal at 28:47 assisted by Hallam Wilson and Liam Coleman netted their second goal.
Jordan Gillard was the Bison's man of the match.
The under-20s are back in action when they entertain London at home on Sunday January 3 (6pm) and before this the under-18 Bison face Slough.
