THE Basingstoke Buffalo stormed back from two goals down, to beat visiting reigning league champions Bristol Pitbulls 5-2.
The home side trailed by two goals by the 13 minute mark after Logan Prince and Olly Shone scored for the visitors.
Just before the first break Daniel Lackey scored the Buffalo's opener and Mark Pitts with a powerplay strike made it 2-2 by the mid point of the game.
The Buffalo then dominated the final session with three unanswered goals as Paul Petts netted from man of the match Ryan Sutton.
Sutton than scored himself at 49:27 to complete a three point haul for the game.
Pitts with his second goal of the contest completed the Buffalo scoring assisted by Neil Leary and Lackey.
The Buffalo are away at Wightlink on Sunday with their next home game is on Sunday November 15 (6.30pm) when Swindon Wildcats are the visitors.
