WELL, last weekend proved a great success. It was our first four point weekend for a little while, which was nice for both the team and, I'm sure, you the fans.

This was thanks to wins over Peterborough and Guildford.

In both games we had to come from behind, as we were 2-1 down against Peterborough, but we were playing well and deserved the 4-3 win.

Our victory in Guildford was our first regulation win over the Flames and we had to come back from 2-0 down.

The start was unfortunate. We came out playing well with lots of energy, only to find ourselves down two goals early, but, as the team proved the night before, we never quit and got the result we wanted with another 4-3 win.

We have now taken seven points from our last four games, so 2015 has been good for us so far.

We are now getting the reward for all our hard work and for the way we are playing at the moment.

The success is down to the depth of the squad, as we have three players out of the line-up at the moment.

Two of our younger players, Stuart Mogg and Cameron Wynn certainly proved this, as both of them did not disappoint last weekend.

Moggy (Stuart Mogg) came up with two assists in the Peterborough game, while Cam (Cameron Wynn) scored a big goal in Guildford.

Having these guys able to step into the line-up and play a part has allowed us the chance to move Muzzy (Michael Wales) from forward to defence.

This gives us a five-man defensive unit, which is a great plus for us as a team.

We now look forward to a visit from Manchester on Saturday and we want to keep our recent excellent run of results going.

I hope to see you all there.

All the best,

Doug
