BASINGSTOKE RFC were unable to start 2016 with a victory as they lost 39-14 away at KCS Old Boys in London Two South West.
Stoke have their first home game of 2016 on Saturday, when they entertain Effingham and Leatherhead, who are currently ninth in the table and lost on Saturday to London Cornish 29-3.
