BASINGSTOKE RFC will hope to start 2016 with a victory when they travel to KCS Old Boys for their latest London South West Two encounter.

The game at the King College Old Boy's Ground in New Malden starts at 2pm on Saturday.

When these sides met at Down Grange in September, KCS ran out 34-12 winners.

The visitors took the lead after seven minutes and half an hour later, they had collected the bonus try and led 24-0.

Stoke hit back and winger Matt Woodhouse for the second week running went over for a try, which Hughes converted.

However, the visitors added another score to their tally for a half-time lead of 29-7.

The second 40 minutes was a lot closed with only one score for each team.

The Old Boys scored first, before Taniform Tala went over for Basingstoke with an unconverted try.
